Becoming more human

For much of my life, I believed that growth came from understanding myself better.

Like many people, I searched for the right books, the right ideas, and the right frameworks. Those practices taught me a great deal, but over time I realized that insight alone wasn't enough.

I could understand my patterns and still find myself repeating them.

Everything began to shift when I encountered two complementary practices.

The first was the Enneagram, which gave me a language for understanding the habitual ways I moved through the world.

The second was Yoga Nidra, which gave me something even more important.

A way to experience myself beyond those habits.

Rather than asking me to transcend my humanity, Yoga Nidra invited me to inhabit it more fully.

Instead of trying to become someone different, I began learning how to relate differently to myself.

That experience quietly transformed the way I understand personal growth.

Today, I believe that transformation isn't something we accomplish once and for all. It's something we practice.

My Approach

My work brings together three streams that have profoundly shaped my own life.

Yoga Nidra

A contemplative practice that helps us rest deeply while awakening awareness.

The Enneagram

A developmental map that helps us understand our habitual patterns and cultivate the wisdom of all three Centers of Intelligence.

Embodied Practice

Simple, repeatable practices that help us bring insight into everyday life.

Together, these form what I call The Inner Practice—a way of cultivating a lifelong relationship with yourself through practice.
