Hello and welcome to my little corner of the internet. My name is Cheri. I am a certified Yoga Nidra facilitator and Enneagram guide, working at the living intersection of these two approaches for personal transformation and freedom.

This work is born out of my own personal journey and deep inner work. For years, I found myself trapped in the confines of my own mind, intellectualizing my patterns, studying my personality, and trying to think my way into being okay. Through my studies of the Enneagram and Yoga Nidra, I discovered how beautifully these two modalities overlap to offer a bridge out of that mental loop. They showed me firsthand that real transformation cannot happen in isolation from the rest of our being; it required me to move past endless analysis and step into true spacious awareness, self-compassion, and an entirely new way of embodying wholeness.

Now, I guide people who are navigating deep transitions, creative awakenings, and existential turning points. My role is to hold a steady, grounded container that allows you to look honestly at your personality strategies, open your heart to the vulnerability underneath them, and discover what it feels like to physically inhabit your life from a place of true freedom.

I do not view this work as a process of fixing our brokenness. I believe you are already inherently whole. Together, through consistent practice, we work with outdated scripts and somatic patterns so you can step into a more integrated, spacious, and fully alive version of yourself.
